My name is Gina and I’m the founder and creative director at Snowbird Media Co. I was a wedding photographer for 13 years before I decided to switch to hotel photography. It started when I created my own airbnb from scratch back in 2021 and started using my photography skills to market my airbnb on instagram. It quickly took off and became more successful than the other airbnb’s in the area thanks to the large following I had built on instagram. I realized that the strategies and techniques I had developed would work for other hospitality brands and so in 2025 I fully pivoted to hotel content creation.

On a personal level, I’m a mom. My husband and I have four kids (on purpose) between the ages of three and ten. My family is my greatest joy and I love nothing more than exploring the world with them. Introducing them to new cultures and new experiences holds a high value for me. I’m inspired by my daughter every day. She was born with a physical disability and uses a cute purple walker to get around or a wheelchair for longer distances. She is feisty, smart, funny and one of the happiest people I know. She’s a light in the world. Nothing is impossible for her until she’s tried it and determined for herself if she can do it. It’s an honour to be her mom.
